As you know, BillyTheMountain is one of the few members here who has been consistently standing up for the rights of unicyclists. So now, whenever BillyTheMountain attempts to log on, this message appears:
Do you BELIEVE THIS??! Is OWNER-MAN so threatened by us unicyclists that he extends his efforts at censorship to this extreme??!
Lately, BillyTheMountain has engaged in direct confrontation with OWNER-MAN about his oppressive pixel and bandwidth limits. BillyTheMountain seems to be the only one here standing up for the rights of unicyclists!
OWNER-MAN has divided the unicycling community, and some have actually bought OWNER-MAN’s baloney that it’s not truly OWNER-MAN’s doing.
I know there is actually an infinite amount of pixels and bandwidth available, and OWNER-MAN is trying to keep it from you, my unicycling brothers and sisters, to restrict your freedom of expression. It starts with avatars, but where will it end???
Fight the OWNER-MAN! No pixel limits! Free expression for unicyclists!!!
As long as OWNER-MAN can give you your freedom, you’ll never be free!
That was a legitimate SQL error message that occured on the showthread page. You don’t actually think you are being censored, do you? You did make this post?
It’s fun to pick on Billy, all in good fun. (and temporary)
The interesting question is whether or not BillyTheMountain is necessary for the ecosystem. A parallel question would be is the spotted owl necessary for the ecosystem? I think not. Was the dodo (not the Doda, which was of course essential) necessary for the ecosystem?
Ask not whether BillyTheMountain is necessary for the ecosystem; ask whether the ecosystem is necessary for BillyTheMountain. Without a repressive society to rebel against, what would he do?
It definitely showed 4 pages, then it definitely wouldn’t let me go to the 4th, then it loaded me up on an empty 4th page when I posted, and now it definitely has BillytheMountain’s post before mine. What gives?
Thank you. I find out so much about myself from other people. They are my main source of information about myself. I have found in the past that I was so often wrong about what I wanted, needed, or meant that I rely almost entirely on input (or, rather, output) from others.
How’s Emma’s riding coming along? Is she still interested?
