Have you read page 30 of The Catch this month? If not, or are
interested, read on:
The Polaris Challenge is on October 29/30 1994. (possibly in the Forest of Dean)
It is a two day team cycling-orienteering event.
I want to enter a two-person unicyclist team in this event. There will be one
other unicycling team in it. They won their class last year, due to being the
only team in their class! I think that if they are going to win this year that
they at least aught to have some competition in their own class.
I need another person to make up the team. If you want to join me send me a mail
or phone me.

I’d love to join your team at the Polaris Challenge. I currently live on Polaris
Drive in Levittown, NY. But, alas, I’m moving to California shortly, and have no
job yet, so I can’t afford it. Maybe some other time, because I really love the
idea of mountain unicycling. The UMX event at our UNICONs was originally
proposed by me, and I’ve won a couple of them over the years.
