On One Wheel Magazine

I was thinking about subscribing to On One Wheel Magazine. I was wondering if it was worth getting. Also what’s in it?

Re: On One Wheel Magazine

Basically it is for people without the internet, and no good vision. If you read these forums at least once a month than you really don’t need OOW. I think the last issue Sean(my friend) got was from July 04 and had an article on CMW '03.

Save your money and buy something more fun, like a mullet or cocaine or something…

Well put

POW

Join USA and get it gratis! It all benefits unicycling. I think one of the Marsh sisters is essentially doing the entire publication by herself, now, and I think it’s Tanya. Any support she gets is a good thing for all of us.

Greg,

Tanya Marsh sister (the younger sister) stopped doing On One Wheel early last year due to time constraints. Connie Cotter tells me that Tammy (the older sister) is now married and expecting her first child later this year. She and her husband are living in one of the former Soviet republics teaching English.

Megan Kowalski (meguni11 AT aol DOT com) was elected editor at NAUCC 2004 in Salt Lake City. Megan tells me that she has received nothing for publication from our members since then. She and John Foss are working together now to try to fill an issue. As you know, this isn’t the way things are supposed to work.

I’m just curious, but…
are the Marsh sisters still active unicyclists? even though they’re all growed up…?

That’s interesting to know. The Marsh Sisters were one of my inspriations when first I started learning to ride- their website is really useful if you haven’t checked it out already:

I hope they’re still unicycling- have to thank them one day for getting me interested early on.
