omg i can not wait!

yesterday i went to a bike “convention” and they had a unicycle stand. i thought oh, ok this will let me make sure i want a unicycle. the guy let me mount it and supported me so i could peddle a little bit. now it is too late… i am hooked1 i will be getting a unicycle tuesday or thursday!

good luck to ya

Good luck with learning. If you’re hooked after only one ride, then you’ll love it when you’re experienced and can do more advanced stuff

P.S.
What kind of unicycle are you getting? (if you’ve ordered one)

And if you haven’t, check out unicycle.com, they have the best selection. If you were planning on going to a bike store and picking one up, I’d shop around on unicycle.com first. Generally bike shop unis are very beginner oriented and you’ll outgrow one fairly fast. Nice unicycles are both easier to learn on, and will last you a lot longer than a cheap one.

Anyhoo, that’s my two cents

Good luck!

Hawo rookie rider…

Also that The torker LX is a freaking unicycling machine. As is the Nimbus ISIS.

hey man, a good starter uni is just a Sun unicycle. its cheap, but good, and sturdy. check it out on unicycle.com under begginer.

most people don’t keep their starter unis anyways, i sold mine a few months ago for 50 bucks

my favorite uni for most uses is the nimbus ISIS, for muni i like the KH or a Coker depending on what i’m doing

good luck and welcome to the forums
