Anyone in the OKC area interested in meeting other unicyclists and riding together, post here.
I’d like to get a couple riders together sometime this weekend, either Friday or Saturday evening.
Moore, OKC, and Edmond all have lit skateparks. I’m not opposed to finding somewhere else to ride if anyone else is down.
I work until 5:30 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but any time after that I’m down.
Have you seen the weather? Slight chill in the air… My main love is MUni, and I’m always ready for that, in fact I’m training for the 12 Miles of Hell March 4th in Lawton which in turn is preparation for Moab MUni fest the last full weekend of March. The soggy grounds have driven me indoors much to my dismay, but on better days I’ll be hitting the trails on my off days of Thurs/Fri/Sats…
Im in the Metro area. I have been to the OKC skatepark many times. I have also met 3 other unicyclists that were from Edmond. it would be better in like March or April to ride, but yeah it would be fun.

Yeah, the 3 other that kelly’s talking about is me and my friends. I think this would be awesome. Meeting up in March/April would be cool for all of us to do. Hit up the skateparks and there’s alot of fun stuff to do downtown. I up for anything.
Yeah…I’m not trying to set up some big event or anything, I just want someone else to ride with. If it doesn’t snow, sleet, or rain…then I’m riding.

I’d really enjoy meeting others as well for a ride. I’m off sat all day til the tourist season starts then I’ll start working my seasonal job as well as my full time job. I’m off at 4:00 every day wednesdays and sunday’s are always full of activies.

Well…Butternuts and I are riding in Norman. I’ll be down there by about 6:30 or 7:00. We’re going to this park (stairs, picnic tables) with a pond (bridges, dock, benches) and a frisbee golf course (bleachers, logs, and hills in the woods)…so if anyone is down for riding tonight, call me.
