NSI Whois question

Does anyone know how often NSI updates its Whois data base. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

No, that’s when they update the zone files (DNS records). They only update their
WHOIS database at most once a day, sometimes even less frequent.

Thanks to both of you. I had never paid attention to the update date and time
stamp and was so surprised that it is twice daily.

Just in case: Do you realize that the time of a change in the whois is not same
time that changes take effect in the root DNS or the registry?
