I wouldn’t be able to stand being in the same party as anyone like this. I’d rather have those guys that are making the bomb shelters wearing tin foil hats. At least they aren’t hurting anyone.
Why does this guy get all this protection? When Obama is out there with the threats still campaigning with just his security. The KKK “leader” seems like too much of a (-----). He’s leading the KKK for god’s sake. Now who do you think is backing him with money to hire all these protectors? (I’ll bet it’s republicans). But if I were him I wouldn’t show my damned face anywhere in this world. He should be the one that gets shot.
You know whats stupid? Different parties. Aren’t we supposed to be one unit?
Back 1780 when we split into democratic republicans and whigs, then in to what we are now. There has be conflict since the official constitution was written in 1776.
The republican party are Nazis and the democratic part (as of right now [obama] are lairs).
The Klan platform is all about power to the common people and screw the business interests. They are quite progressive (that’s a Liberal thing).
The Klan has a grand old association with the Democratic party. Remember that Democrat Senator Byrd was a Klan member. Way back in 1924 the Klan had a big old party at the Democratic National Convention. The Klan likes Democrats.
It is also good to remember that the majority of current Klan members are felons and can’t vote anyways. Why would either party try to court their nonexistant vote?
Socialism is not liberal or conservative.
There are both liberal and conservative socialists.
In the United States, socialists are generally liberal but it isn’t the same all over the world.
There’s no way that the Nazis were liberals… Burning books, eliminating minorities…
Agreed, Nazis were absolutely not liberals (in the sense we use the word today in the US). However, they were text book socialists. National Socialist Party…self professed.
Sounds to be pretty republican if they want to kill the democrat if he becomes president.
But this is a little more interesting…
We are taugh to not be racist, and to respect and treat everyone equally. Why are very little minorities (none around here i’ve met, but i’m sure they’re might be a few) republicans? Why is it that we are taught values of human life and treat everyone equally but there is actually a side in politics where, by choice, no (very few) minorities wants in. They (minorities) hate the concept of what the republicans are doing for the country enough to never side that way. What are the republicans doing that doesn’t follow this treat everyone equally for which we’ve learned from day one?
p.s. Now you can go give me a list of all the minority people you know that are republicans to try to make it seem there are a lot when dealing with the entire country.
p.s.s. I’m trying to make people angry here so maybe just in general do their own research on whatever party side they want to. Just to learn more about it. You have to dig deeper than just the media.
There are crackpots and criminals in every political party, or any other group you put together. Like unicyclists. Don’t blame the group unless the group promotes, condones or says nothing against it.
All political parties have liars in them in every election. But the responsible ones don’t tell lies, they tell partial truths, misleading stuff and suggest things might be true that aren’t. It’s hard to find outright lies. Got examples for the Obama campaign?
{How come the multi-quote button doesn’t do anything for me? Firefox on OSX 10.5}
Don’t confuse the many klan splinter groups with the old/original KKK, which was almost a political party in the early 20th century. That klan no longer exists. Today’s sub-klans are generally all about hating minorities and spreading misinformation, and little else. Oh, and I suppose cowardly crimes against people of different colors or religions.
I didn’t notice the part where the guy suggested the KKK wants to kill Democrats. They would want to kill him because he’s not white. Problem with their philosophy is that if white people are “better” nearly every member of their organization is proof to the contrary.
I think you mean less minorities in the Republican party than in the Democrats? The question is how big is the difference? There are plenty of Republican minorities. Millions. You don’t have to dig past the media to confirm this, though I don’t have a handy link to offer. Maybe MuniAddict can find one, if you can trust his links
Here’s a list of african american republicans. Although it says that "The factual accuracy of this article is disputed", you can do your own research to confirm. There are countless more non-famous black conservatives as well.
There’s also the http://www.nbra.info/
And of course you all know that the Secretary of State in the current administration is an african american woman. That’s a first for our nation, as it will be when either ticket is elected in November.
K well a huge example is when obama said he was going to lower taxes by 95% percent within the next 2 years but then he said he was going to invest in hydro cars that give 150 miles to the gallon. So how can you invest billions to trillions of dollars on something he doesnt have the money for? thats not justa white lie. Its the stupid younger generation thats beleiveing every word he says but everything he says isnt backed by anything.
I wouldn’t call that socialism really. Not the way it was in Germany after they got into power. There wasn’t much redistribution of wealth or the state taking over private companies (unless they happened to be owned by lesser races ofcourse). I think it was originally a socialist party, but Hitler didn’t take much of an interest in that part, and once he alone started calling the shots it was pretty much just Nationalist Hitler Party.
Young people aren’t any stupider than old people. It’s in-between though, where people seem to be less gullible.
Now to the facts. Obama wants to lower taxes for 95% of Americans, not lower them 95%. Obviously if he actually said that it would have been a mistake. And what’s wrong with investing in “hydro cars” along with other forms of alternative fuel vehicles?
Are MPG numbers applicable to hydrogen fuel cell cars? Certainly not in comparison to gas cars. Gallons of what? Hydrogen, I guess, but I don’t think it’s in liquid form.
As for investing billions to trillions of $$ we don’t have, let’s see where things go with this bailout thing…
They took them over in everything but name. They were told what to produce and how much… sums it up pretty much.
Yes, he was a nut bag. However, the party apparatus even after he went off the deep end continued to enforce (to greater or lesser degrees) the socialist model.
I obviously cannot argue with you Mr. foss because you are alot old(and wiser) than I. What i do know that if Obama does become president things are not going to be dealt with. Demands not met, and a very very regretable nation.
You mean like knowing I can go to a web site like barakobama.com and read all his policies without having to wonder what they are?
You may be right. We may continue to have a war on terror with the world’s #1 terrorist Osama Bin-Laden still at large, parts of New Orleans may remain in shambles, our armed forces may stay spread thin and making no progress in a country we invaded without good cause, a budget surplus to squander–oops, no surplus anymore, the last president squandered it, he may take more vacation days than any previous president (guess who holds the record now), and continue to sit by as the financial industry crumbles as a result of deregulation.
In other words, thanks but I’ll take my chances with Obama.
That doesn’t mean you won’t necessarily be at least partially right. Any president is only as good as their ability to work with the Congress and Senate to do the right things. And “right” is a personal thing. What’s right for the oil companies, for example, isn’t necessarily right for the rest of us. Are you connected to any oil companies, by any chance?
But I will defend your right to prefer, or vote for, your candidate of choice. It’s part of being an American.
While John Foss certainly has a wealth of information and experience, you are not too young to have an informed opinion.
You obviously have an opinion, but I would ask you to research both candidates and all of the issues in more depth and form an opinion based on your research.
Too many people have opinions based on talking points and the influence of the people around them. It’s easy to take out of context snips of information about ANYBODY and use it to embarass them and misrepresent them. People need to learn to be smarter than to give this “information” any value.
Too often, people form an opinion based on prejudice, and then looks for “facts” to support them rather than looking at facts first and THEN forming an opinion.
Oh, Shaun. How I’ve missed your thoughtful, nonbiased, nonpartisan analysis of modern-day politics. I don’t know what I would do without you calling a huge chunk of America depraved and murderous.
