Norco trials Unicycle

Hi,

Just a couple of comments about the “approved by Kris” comment on this
site (<http://www.norco.com/bikes/2002bikes/uni.htm>)

The intent of this trials unicycle is to put a good, large tire and strong
rim on a regular (similar to United) 20" unicycle; in other words, to make
a good trials unicycle for kids that is inexpensive (~CAN$199). I wouldn’t
go dropping huge on the stock version though- it’s not meant for that.

Having said that, it has 40mm bearing holders and is fully compatible
with the Profile Hub. So you can get this uni and start saving for the
Profile hub (hopefully you can save at a rate >= the damage imposed on
the stock hub!).

Cheers,

Kris.

<P>I’m actually getting this unicycle as soon as it’s avaible!
Because… it’s the best I can afford, plus, I’ve gotten a small
grassroots norco deal for mountain biking, (cost -15%, ) and
that’s going to carry over with my unicycle!! It’s going to be
my 3rd norco unicycle… having the 20 & 24 models…
which have taking lots of beating from in the last few
years… I’m looking forward to it! i’m going to put a
break on though…</P>

<R>Kris, I saw you in the new world disorder 2!! Very impressive!
