can somebody make a tutorial on gliding i cant get x-act-lee how you do it

you put a foot on the tire while moving. you put the other foot on the frame. slide the foot on the tire. go.
How well can you one footed wheel walk?
i could glide before i could wheel walk. no need to be able to do more than 1 push to get started.
It helps though.
Im learning both at the same time right now. Should have it down soon.
