I’m giving up on the handlebar thing. These bars are in perfect shape, except for some paint scratches. No cuts or modifications have been made to the bars, but I did cut about an inch off the seat post. You would have to be REALLY tall to not have enough seat post however. New these are $95 plus shipping. Make me a reasonable offer.

Not a silly question at all! My mistake for not being clear in my description. Yes, it is the complete deal–seat post and bars, and I believe it bolts right up to any nimbus or KH seat base. I would rather just sell. Thanks.
