Well here’s my video from MMF '07! I just want to thank everybody involved and say how much I enjoyed meeting everyone there-what a blast!
The first part of the vid shows the old guys, me & Jim (well he’sonly 48!), riding around on the Slickrock practice loop on Thursday.
Then from friday I got some kewl skatepark competition footage, followed by a fun ride at Bartlett wash.
Saturday we had some rain but it was sort of a blessing as the dark clouds and cool dropletts kept the heat factor down.
I sustained a pretty bad palm impact (again! ) in the early stages of the slickrock challenge, (Saturday) forcing me to bail early so I could Ice it, so I didn’t really get much challenge footage, but I think it’s still a good viddy overall.
What a great time!! The town has such a good vibe too, I won’t wait a whole year to go back. Like the variety in the video and the music. So, Terry, I just remembered: Roxy Music!!"
Terry, if you and Jim don’t take me with you next year, I’m stowing away in your trunk. And seeing as that means I’ll be on top of your unicycles, you don’t want that, so you’d better take me along!
Great vid. I sure enjoyed Moab. I missed the skate park action but was there for the challenge events. I had every intention of meeting you MuniAddict. Sorry I didn’t. I did get to meet Munivision and others though. I ended up having a medical ‘emergency’ that kept me from riding but I’m already planning for next year.
