Hi, I have made this unicycle frame and i was wondering what others might think about it. This one has the parts off my torker 24" DX. I was thinking about selling these on ebay. What could I expect to get for it. If any one has there own design I could probably make it also, frame only. Pictures attached
i dont think you would get much on ebay for your stuff, there are already tons of brand new DX’s for sale on ebay.

it looks cool, in the first picture it looks heavy, how much does it weigh?
i wuld post it in the trading/buying thread
I weighs just under 2.5 pounds.
it has a really short neck… im not sure how well that would work and what type of metal is it?
You’re design looks real close to the Steve Howard aluminum frame. Is you’re inspired by SH?

Nice Frame!
And, This thead should have been in RSU.
That looks pretty cool. How strong do you think it is in comparison to the original DX frame?
I’m also a little unsure about that short neck.
I wouldn’t mind taking some weight off of my 24" DX.
Same herte. its WAY heavy.
I have never seen that steve howard frame before. It looks pretty cool. Sorry Steve I didn’t try to copy you.
I would say that this frame is pretty strong may be not as strong as my torker in the legs but I think it it has the strongest stem that I have ever seen. No welds only three pieces milled from solid aluminum. Some where I saw a photo of a torker dx with the stem broken at the weld.
I am not much of a dare devil but I have done a 24" drop on it and it was solid as a rock.
I am thinking of putting V or Hydraulic brakes on it.
i think the screws will come loose with hard ridig.
I think it would take a lot of hard riding to work the screws loose but if that was a problem I would put lock tight on them.
That is a cool frame. Are you sure you’re not Steve Howard’s alter ego?
I’ve ridden on a Steve Howard frame. It’s the only frame I’ve ridden where mountain bikers look at it and get curious and interested in the frame. It is a design that gets attention, especially if anodized red.
Do you have a closeup of the bearing holder area? Is there a lip on one side of the bearing to keep the bearing from slipping or sliding?
This is the best photo I have of the bearing holder right now.
There is a lip on the outside and the hub holds the inside apart. I have had no problems with the design.
I can get it done in red, black, blue, gold, or clear. I did it in black because I had to do some other parts in black so I tossed this in with them.
why do the bearing slot go up the frame not open down to the bottom ??
Do you have to take one leg off the frame to remove and install the wheel? I guess this wouldn’t be a big deal if you don’t change your tires very often.
Cool looking frame

I think it should sell good on ebay just because it’s different and cool looking, and people will think it’s some fancy new technology or something.
