I’ve been unicycling off and on for 7.5 years, but mostly only for transportation. I’ve never learned any strenuous tricks like hopping, but I can go down stairs, ride on questionable terrain, and drop (not hop) off of anything lower than 4 feet.

Wow, seems like you could learn to hop in no time at all.
Yeah, I ride with it on the streets too, but I’ve never tried going down stairs with it, since I need one hand to hold seat. Maybe if I learned to hop, I would be able to go down stairs without holding the seat.
