At the BMW, DM bought along his latest hand crafted axle/crank design.
I believe its a 3/4" solid alxe with splined ends. The cranks are hollow and
have been modified to be shorter in length (~150mm).
This is basically modified BMX technology.
Is this the ‘bomb’ proof design we’ve all been talking about ? The only way
to find out I guess is buy one… then let someone like Kris Holm thrash
around on it.
