New porno offer

In September 1998, somebody from a sex site vendor
searched internet promotion and found my offer.

It happened again.

The offer is now 0.50 EUR per person viewing
at last one minute.

They claim:

10% watch at last 1 minute
2% for a longer time

The success for me depends complete on Google.

Has Google something special to know about sec sites
indexing?

They hire me to promote their website.

They have about 2500 woman
400 homos
300 lesbians
300 normal pairs

They want to decide in 3 month for much TV advertising
or to invest much in internet promotion.

Porn site ads on TV? LOL well not here in the good ol USA

Well first thing their offer sucks. A average porn site affiliate program
normally pays $35-40 per sign up. I have even seen some get porn in your
inbox email shit paying $2 a sign up.

No Restrictions

But how is competition not a problem? I bet there is a large percentage of
German speaking surfers who know English “Dirty words” so they can find any
one of millions of English porn sites.

Anyway, the best way to promote a pay porn site is with an affiliate
program. That way you you use your affiliates to filter off some of the
bandwith sucking free porn seekers, they do all the work for you. And they
also will send you better traffic than any SE… (I think most people
already know (or find out quick) the searching for porn on the SE’s is
pretty useless).

Only after midnight until 6 am.
In this time, You see in German satellite TV practical only
porno offers.

The people do not sign up. They download usual a 0190 dealer
where one minute costs about 1.60 EUR.

With this dealer, they pay with their telephone bill
only the time, they had been in the site.

1 had with the to.live-girls.de spring 1999 about 15000 visitors from
search engines with only 20 German and 20 English pages.

Porno sites are usual not very strong. So I think with a first test drive
with 250 pages, I should make 100.000 visitors per month and maybe
4000.-EUR pay.

I am sorry, but this is funny. Successful sites are extremely high in terms
of traffic. We are talking about 100s of gigabytes per month.

Stop thinking in nickels and dimes. Your minimum goal should be to clear
$1million per year. Set your targets high, and try to come up with creative
ideas to achieve that. I can literally guarantee you that shifting your
focus like that is very helpful.

The most effective promotion would be a paid promotion. Depending on search
engines for porn traffic is generally a form of financial suicide.

I talked about a first test run.

4000 pages should make 1 million visitors a month, and this
are some 100 GB.

When from 1 million visitor per month, 100.000 look at last 1 minute,
it’s 600.000 EUR per year

Why? I had with only 40 pages 15000 visitors a month in 1999

On the other side, do I really want this?

Work for 4000 self created sex slaves?

They sit at home, and are waiting for the on sign of their web cam.

They get less than $1 per minute.

They run to the web cam. 90% of the visitors will remain less than
2 minutes.

Dialers are where you send the lowest qquility traffic you have. you would
be better off using a dialer yourself and getting pain for every min not
just the first one.

Look what you just said! “Porno sites are usual not very strong” Doesn’t
that tell you something about your strategy??

You could get 100,000 visitors to a single page porn site on a free host a
week with ZERO from SE’s with 250 pages you should be in the 250,000 a week
without even trying

because 15,000 visitors per month in the porn industry is NOTHING.

Only 40 pages is also nothing.

I wrote about 300 pages for a first test and
about 4000 pages when it’s finished

OK let’s try this again.

  1. Do not work for .50 euro for each user over a min. Charge your normal fee
    (or more).

  2. If you want to work on a commission, make your own site and dig up the
sponsors… you will make more. For example clickcash.com offers $60.00 per
free signup for i-friends), and they clame that some sites had a 50%
    conversion.

  3. Working on a pay site of any kind… just forget SE’s, start an affiliate
program, then you will have thousands of people making thousands of pages
to promote your site for you. The only sites that could be exceptions are
like playboy.com (ie big brand name).

My computations showed, that’s more than my normal fee.

The idea is to take upfront money which is paid back by 10 cent per user.
So until the upfront money is paid back, only 40 cent.
