Welcome Chadd! Your web site doesn’t say where you are based, one of the primary things people need to know if they are considering hiring you. Also I was unable to watch the videos in my browser (Mac). I recommend offering a choice of Quicktime and WMV, or just a single click that will work in all major browsers.
