New Nimbus 36"

Which basically means, the shorter your cranks are, the higher you need to put your seat.

Is the new nimbus 36 with the airfoil any lighter than the standard coker? If so, what’s the difference in total weight?

Surely you count the whole wheel size, minus the crank length, plus the seat height?

No, because you only need to reach down to where the crank is at at it’s lowest, which is from the axle, which is only halfway down the wheel. The way you added it, you can have your seat at it’s highest with a 170mm crank, but you have to lower your seat to accomodate a 110mm crank, which is clearly wrong.

Yes, sorry  You and zfreak220 are clearly right.

I think I must have had my brain upside down when I made my post!

looks familliar

all the best. I hope my design is still working well.

“I suspect the person who said the Hunter design didn’t make sense was Joe Rowing, who designed the Blizzard frame design used by the Nimbus 36, because he thought the design of the Hunter looked nice but wasn’t sensible mechanically.”

yep I did. I thought, and still think the twin tube design works well.

I still have the origional blizzard muni on my wall
