Hello, A few months ago someone posted a link for a design of the axles
and cranks on bicycles. This particular design was being pushed as a
newer, stronger, more reliable interface between the axle and crank arms.
From what I remember, it used a tapered spline interface, kind of like the
Profile hubset.
Does anyone still have the link?

and other companies are making cranks with the ISIS spline design.
A web search on ISIS drive or ISIS spline will get you more info.
Unfortunately, no one is currently making an ISIS unicycle hub and cranks
specifically for unicycles.
