My second cousin used to be in a band, “Sandbox”, with Bubbles, who’s real name is Mike Smith. I don’t think that picture is him. I could be wrong but i don’t think so.

That’s cool about your cousin! It is Mike Smith in my avatar, it was taken in Toronto last April. (Not by me though.
)
To show an avatar, click on ‘user cp’ near the top of the page, then ‘Edit Options’. At the bottom of that page it will guide you through the steps.
