I need some skills…

Amazing. I’ve always loved that skill.

Andrew

Cool move! And a remarkably small filesize too, at 62 kB for a 2 seconds vid.

Klaas Bil

Hey Klass,

I think i encoded it as wmv but stupid xp wont show me, although i did make a mp4 version if thats the one

Video Rate : 189kbps
Video Sample Size: 24bit
Strema name: video 2

Trev

The filename of the vid I downloaded is gainer.wmv. It’s probably a setting of xp to show file extensions or not, I think by default it doesn’t. mp4 is quicktime right? But your file played in WMP.

Klaas Bil

yep its wmv then, i use advanced window media player ecoder to do that file, ive used it before and its easy to use.

I was going to put some more acro on but cant find charger for camera.

Trev

bravo! do you break dance at all? if u dont you should really consider.

i can do half the break dancing, the acrobatics :stuck_out_tongue: but when it comes down to body popping and other break dancing stuff i dont really like it im more of a ballet person lol

Trev

to each his own i guess…lol

also can u do mills? if so how long did it take you to learn them cuz man ive tried, and its hard stuff.

I can do gainers but I taught my self how so I fell on my head alot. its a little scary though

mills? is that the one where u role on the shoulder? i dont actually know the names.

Yeh i havent fell on my head yet doing a gainer but its just a matter of time.

anything straight is simple but this is just a wierd trick completly un natural movement,

ill post a video of more in a minute

Trev

maybe some people roll around on their shoulders when doing mills, but ive seen it mroe done with just your hands. and ive the famous ‘ivan’ reinvent it using his hands and some rolls- thats hott.

i really need to be breaking more.

Isnt that just a backflip?whys it called a gainer?

1 its not a backflip it wud be a back summersault.
2 its a forward moving backsumi

A backsumeraults goes backwards or upwards.

Dont know why its called a gainer

Trev

I haven’t officially started acrobatics, but there are cheerleading mats in my school’s theatre, so during rehearsal I leanr stuff from the couple of kids in the cast who know a lot more than me, but not nearly as much as you.

I have a new appreciation for the skill.

Now that you’ve learned the gainer, you should learn the decreaser… that’s what me and my friends call it… it’s a backwards moving front flip. So, the opposite of a gainer.
We do them off of cliffs into water (lakes, rivers, etc.)

I can already do them, i dont know what the next trick im going to learn is though
