i need a high quality picture of flatland that i can use for adobe illustrator. there can be no blur and needs to have a good body outline. i also need to see good detail in clothing and shading. this will go in my portfolio. i’ll post it in this thread when i’m done. thanks! 
Um, if it’s your portfolio, don’t you think you should do the work? Or are you going into the business of selling other people’s retouched photographs?

Check Spencers site, theres lots of street and flat pictures there from his trips.
Its not cheating guys, he needs a base picture to work on.
I do the same thing half the time. Usually I can get a picture of myself or a friend and work on that, but sometimes I just need to find a stock photo with a google search that fits my needs and I work on that.
Seeing how its going in his portfolio, I dont see why Maestro said that youd be selling it. Portfolio is there so people can look at it and see the work you have and can do. Doesnt matter who is in the picture.
yes this is not cheating. with illustrator you can take a base picture and create a unique picture from it. it is an art form. check out what i previously did:

so the two illustrated pictures on the first page of spencer’s site are good examples of what i’m gonna make.
I think if you draw a blackbelt and spikey hair and a raccoon’s tail on that house I posted, you’ll have something cool to post lol.
