Put packing tape where the cables rub to prevent that.
That’s quickly becomming the standard Santa Barbara Muni set up, excepting the cranks (we run Profile). There must be twenty different seat variations, but so long as you have a CB base and a good handle (GB or Wallis), you’re good to go. They only look as good as yours for a week or so, then they look like Josh’s with all the bash marks (character).

where does all the weight come from? the large marge is only about 2.3 pounds, and like all the components on their except for cranks and hub wich I don’t think are to heavy, are super leightweight like the KH frame, cf base and thomson post. I’m confused about that.
edit: is it the tire and tube?
if you made a figure 8 with zip-ties, your cable won’t rub the frame
one loop around the cable crossing into the loop that is around your frame
I wish they made a less heavy duty in 24" size.

Here’s a pic of the Intense tire, as you can see, plenty of clearance on the KH frame.
