so my roomate and i were messing around the other day and decided to start a grind band!!! of course its a silly joke but its all in good fun… my roomate’s name is brandon and my name is kevin so figured it appropriate to name the band " The BK Lounge" if anyone loves Dane Cook you will apprciate it more!!! haha here is a link to our myspace page… im of course on the drums.

I dont lke to be a “musical elietist” (-catboy) but I dont see how peole enjoy grind.
I think most people who goto grind shows really don’t enjoy the music, they just like being scenesters.
actaully, i like grind cause the drummers are usually good, usually amazing really… i am deff. not a scene kid… i am a drummer who likes metal and grind cause the drummers are good… it is very energetic, and spastic, and to see live is very entertaining. nuf said.

Oh, yeah. That wasn’t meant to be a dig at you. Being a musician, I’m sure you can apprecaite the finner points of the music much more than I. My point about the general population still stands though. As someone who actually did enjoy hardcore for a long time, I know first hand how true this is. (I abhor scenesters).
