That looks like some of the same trails I ride. But I’m a few hours south of you. About 45 south of Atlanta.
Hey Eddie you are right. I just got a heart rate monitor and I’ve had it out for two rides and I’m averaging over 900 calories per hour! And yes, Roxie has been sleeping better also!!
