I am making this thread because Mr. Bean is awsome. anyone else like Mr. Bean? I bet Mr. Bean was an ugly kid when he was little and stopped talking
anyways…
I’m a big Bean lover too. The is only one Bean!
wow i thought the title was a typo and supposed to say Benis, as in balls and a penis.
Mr Bean is funny but i like Mr Atkinson best in Black Adder.
Rowan Atkinson was also in a James Bond movie once…
“Bean.”
“Bean…James Bean?”
Nao
Black Adder! Black Adder! He rides a pitch black steed!!
I think you’re thinking of Johnny English
Bean doesn’t seem to be like a James Bond movie.
I also am one that really enjoys watching Mr. Bean… it’s something my whole family enjoys.
John Foss is quite right.
He was in this one…
oh wow… I didn’t know that. I’ll have to rent it.
Don’t bother. Oddly enough, Never Say Never Again was on TV last night when I was flipping channels. Connery should have said no, but he learned his lesson by doing it. The only “mainstream” Bond film done outside the usual Cubby Broccoli/United Artists umbrella, it lacked all the actors who usually played side characters like M, Q, Moneypenny, etc. Connery was old (1983; his previous Bond film was Diamonds Are Forever, 1971, and he had already quit once before doing that one). And the story was a remake of Thunderball. I recommend renting that one instead.
BTW, Rowan Atkinson plays a bumbling, clerical-type wannabe agent who appears in a couple of scenes. A perfect fit for Atkinson.
Bean is awsome i have every movie on video
my bean really is awesome. i like the movie rat race also, where rowan atkinson plays a narcoleptic man in a race for millions of dollars.
Mr Bean driving his Mini from an armchair strapped to the roof of the little car: I don’t know that there’s any single image that makes me smile more than that one. Then again, I’ve been a Mini owner/enthusiast since the mid-1970s, so I’m probably biased.
Still, I feel compelled to add that The Thin Blue Line series was also a perfect vehicle for Rowan Atkinson, although it’s not quite as good as Black Adder, my favorite. I was re-watching both seasons of Thin Blue Line on my ipod on a flight a week or so ago, and kept annoying the people sitting by me because I was bursting out laughing so often.
Oh, and then there’s the animated Bean series–also quite good.
Sweet you had a mini^^ That is so awsome! Mr.Bean was an ugly child. I have proof.
I always laugh at him losing his watch in the turkey then looking inside and getting his head stuck. That was a damn big turkey
