hey everyone, it seems a lot of you are very tech savvy so i thought i’d ask for some help about the mozilla browser. i just updated version 2.0 and at the bottom of the browser is this gray box thing. like an extension of the border around the window, i can’t make it smaller and i cant make the viewing area bigger to cover it up. it also has a ^ symbol in red on the left side of it. thanks.
Take a picture of it.
Press “Print Screen”
Open Paint.
Edit->Paste or Ctrl+V
Save As… make it a JPG in the pull down at the bottom.
Post it here.
I agree!
Because I have no idea what you’re talking about.
I use firefox all the time and have had no problems with it and whatever thing it is you have ain’t on mine, its maybe some browser type add on that you need to disable somewhere in the options. If it really pisses you off just download the new version again and unclick all the tick boxes when setting the options.
here it is. i’ve been forced to use ie to post this.
edit: ie sucks
That…is sig-worthy.
Where is the “print screen” button? I searched the help pages but can’t find it.
It’s on the keyboard!
Somewhere around home, insert and buttons like that.
look where your insert, home, and page up/down keys are depending on your keyboard
Or next 2 the scroll lock key haha
Doh!:o
It’s pretty bad when people don’t even know a key exists on their keyboard.
< press any key to continue >
where is the ‘any’ key??
Ja, I’m technologically impaired. I took a thorough look at my keyboard today. The “wake up”, “Sleep”, “Power”, “Print screen” and a few other keys don’t work. I haven’t needed them up untill now, so I’m sure I can do without them
