mounting help please?

i was trying to learn to mount my uni today and i was having some problems, see when it get my foot on the left peddle(the second foot on a peddle) i cant get going
please help

Propably you need to lean more forward, i.e. jump more forward during
the mount. More freemounting tips here (in the Word doc):

Here is a website for you to look at. When on the website, click on the “Static Mounts” section (Tips to help overcome common difficulties with the static mount).

I’m sure that your problem is that your cranks are vertical when you mount, so you can’t press down on the ‘second’ pedal when you get on due to it being in the dead spot.

You’ll want to learn to mount with the pedals almost horizontal. Try looking through the thousands of posts on the exact same issue.
