Well? 
Needs PC-133 fsb, at least 3 PCI, 1 ISA, 1 AGP slot, socket 370, no
onboard crap (except USB/mouse/KB), ATX, ata66/100…
Be nice if it was under $100. Not looking to overclock or anything, just
need this system up asap and this is the lacking piece.

ASUS CUV4X just make sure from the dealer that it has a 133 FSB they have
two models on the same board one with a 100 fsb and one with a 133 fsb if
I remember correctly or if you want an even better MOBO get the ASUS
CUSL2-C but it is more expensive. http://www.asus.com
