Basically, you must quote the person before you, and say something about it. But make sure you say something that is quotable, and will lead to another topic. No double posting or quoting yourself!!!
Does this mean the first person has to quote you or just say whatever they want?

You have to always quote the previous post and say something related, then something extra for the following person to quote you on (you can quote the previous person on as little or as much as you want.)
why?
