More CNC handle

I’ve modify the design of the CNC Miyata handle so the finger pocket is wide enough for all four fingers to fit in. I also left the plastic thicker at the front where the fingers wrap around so it’s hopefully a little more comfortable than the Miyata handle. You can see the latest version of it here:

I managed to manufacture six white UHMW handles today … three of them don’t look TOO bad! I have black UHMW on order so when it arrives I’ll make a batch of black ones. Hopefully I’ve worked out the bugs in the set-up and programming of the mill and the next batch will go smoother.

Looks pretty good, Steve! I’m wondering about the transition on the sides from saddle to handle. Does it make sense to smooth that down a little more so that there is no protruding edge on the side of the seat?
