I´ve upgraded my miyata saddle!

The firsts two bolts match perfect, you only have to make the otherones and reshape a little the plastic base!

That’s awesome, but does anybody else find the KH handles really uncomfortable? or is it just me?

Of the kinport, miyata, and KH that I have tried, not only do I find the KH the most comfortable, I have absolutely no issues with it at all. I love the handle!

What’re the differences between the miyata saddle and the miyata style torker saddle? Anyone know? Is there even a difference outside of color?
And do you recommend KH or miyata style for trials…sorry to jack the thread.
Between the Miyata and Torker saddles the only difference I know of, other then the color, is that the Torker has a few small gussets to reinforce the handle. I noticed this on the new black Torkers (2003). I’m not sure, but it’s possible that the new miyatas have this as well.
As for the Torker/KH seats, I have one and I love it. The seat actually has velo stamped on the bottom.
I like the idea of putting the large KH handle on a Miyata. The only issue I have with the KH is that the edge can get a little sharp when pulling a lot.

The black torker handles do not “Yoopers fix” the way the Miyatas do. Instead, they kindof split. So, although the newer black handle starts out a little tougher than the soft Miyatas, the Miyatas can be made nearly indestructible by the Yoopers fix, whereas the Torkers cannot.

I think the 4 bolt pattern is better than the miyata 3 bolt style!
