Mike Tyson is making headlines again - and this time it’s for shooting off
his mouth to Fox News.

The former boxing champion once again denied he raped Desiree Washington in
1991 in an Indianapolis hotel room, but told Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren
that he’d like to now.

“I just hate her guts. She put me in that state, where I don’t know,” Tyson
said in an interview for The Pulse. “I really wish I did now. But now I
really do want to rape her.”

Van Susteren spoke to Tyson in Miami for a TV piece that looks back at the
circumstances of Tyson’s 1992 trial that ended with him convicted of rape
and sentenced to six years in prison.

He can’t win big fights anymore so he has to be in the headlines for circus
acts like this. That is the only way that he sees himself selling
pay-per-view tickets and making millions from it. I have to admit that I
lost interest in watching a Mike Tyson fight… until he again made me want
to watch him get knocked out for saying something like that. I don’t think
he is as crazy as he wants everyone to believe. Maybe he is just a little
crazy though.

What’s the difference between being crazy and acting exactly like someone
who’s crazy? Is willingly acting crazily not crazy? (Reminds me of the
addict who says “I can quit any time I want. I just don’t want to.”)

All anyone (inlcuding professionals) can do to judge whether he’s crazy is
to look at what he says and does.

Re: Mike Tyson is one sick bastard

The difference between being crazy and acting exactly like someone who is
crazy… The difference is in his case (my opinion) is millions of
pay-per-view tickets which equals millions of dollars. It’s just hard for me
to believe that he is so crazy and keeps saying all of these awful things to
the media and isn’t laughing all the way to the bank. If he doesn’t keep up
his “craziness” then no one will care to watch him lose badly (and look like
a fool) to Lewis again.

What someone says and does on TV for reporters isn’t always the truth. You
know that.
