Came across this from Advertising Age, Sept 23, 1996, page 31:

Six principles that Bill Gates uses to inspire creativity at Microsoft are:

  1. Allow unicycles

I’m no particular fan of Bill Gates, but I sure wish my employer had the
same idea.

The other 5, since some may wonder, are below, but are not that interesting.
