the in threads on my pedal arer getting stripped and i dont know what to do!
First thing to do: Post this in the main forum, instead of Just Conversation.
Second thing to do: Get a new avatar, you STOLE mine!!
Nah, actually, I’ll get a new one. This one is getting old, anyway. KEEP my stupid avatar!

make sure you haven’t swapped the left & rite pedals (or cranks). The left pedal/crank has a left hand thread, the rite pedal/crank a rite hand thread.

if only the pedal threads are screwed up - throw the pedals away quik before you mess up the crank threads

You could get the metric dies (a left hand metric die would be hard to find outside a specialty place) and try cleaning up the threads that way - it might or might not work. Unless the pedals are particularly expensive ones, this option is not worth even trying.
