I’m looking for an expert - either doctor or physical therapist - who can tell me if riding a Uni strengthens different muscles (or maybe your Core) than standard bicycles. Anyone know who I can talk to??? Or can someone write an article about the type of workout that one can get from riding a unicycle etc…

hey ya!
I´m not a doctor but I experienced a noticeable change in how i walk because the muscles of the back get trained very well while riding a uni. my posture is very bad and i always am told to sit not too relaxed --> it got better since i rode. I also think that leg muscles get trained with things like hopping and jumping. Hope I could help though im not a professional…
