when i first joined this forum site, i used to get email notifications to tell me that someone had replied to a thread i was subscribed to
that’s stopped
i cruised thru the CP menus and found a section where u could pick yes or no
i picked that i did want to receive those notifications, but nada!
any thoughts?

You can also choose to recive notifications in the options section just below the reply text box before you Submit your post.
Other options include Automatically parse URLs, Email Notification, Disable Smilies in This Post and Show Signature.

i used to have a lycos addy
then, for some bizarre reason, i couldn’t acces it from the pc at work and changed my addy in the unicyclist sytem to my work addy
there i did not receive any notifications
yesterday i opened a hotmail account (unigild@hotmail.com - like it?) and changed my addy in unicyclist.com from my work addy to the hotmail one and your reply was the first one i was notified of!!
it’s back
life makes sense again
