This thread is way less offensive than the christian threads. Why? BECAUSE HE ONLY MADE ONE OF THEM! Once he has 6 threads on the same subject then you guys can start bitching. Personaly, I bet way more people here masturbate than are christian (with a ton of overlap, i’m sure) so I see nothing wrong with it.
But what about the kiddies, you say? Well, what about all those parents that don’t want their kids to be suckered into a “cult?” What about them? I’d rather have my kid masturbate than be an evangelical christian.
To be serious, this thread is a predicatable backlash to evangelism. THIS ENTIRE EPISODE HAS SHOWN VERY WELL WHY MANY NON-CHRISTIANS HATE CHRISTIANS! People don’t like being preached to, and when you keep doing it and doing it and doing it it causes normal, mild-mannered people to get very angry and lash out. This thread is a direct result of pushy christian evangelism. It is their fault. You can’t walk up to someone and slap him over and over again and not expect to get slapped back.
Two of the Christianity threads were made from one unicyclist’s love for his God. Five or six more threads, including this one, were made out of lack of tolerance and an apparent need to make fun of those who you disagree with.
Me too…good thing there are no Evangelical Christians here. The first two and only honest threads were made by a Christian, and for Christians, not trying to preach to nor convert anyone…I said I unicycle for Buddha, and he said that was awesome, and I should do what I believe in. He clearly has much more tolerance than you.
He is not preaching…tell me one place where he tried to preach the “gospel,” or tried to convert anyone to his own religion.
James, I’m sorry, but you’ve been suckered in by a pack of lies. If he had only made one thread in one forum you’d be right. However, when he’s made multiple threads in multiple forums (he just made ANOTHER one today) then he is being evangelical. A person can pretend to be nice and tolerent all they want, but actions speak louder than words. This forum is being spammed with christian propaganda. This thread is an understable and predicatable backlash to that.
James, you’re one of the nicest guys on these forums, but you can’t defend the indefinsable. This guy has gotten out of hand and his true motivations are beginning to show through. He is the true intolerant one. He’s been asked many times to stick to one thread in the right forum, and he refuses to do so. He doesn’t care about non-christians or people who don’t want the forums covered in spam. Like I said, his actions speak louder than his words.

So there are a grand total of three about Unicycling for Christ. There is one called Corpus Christi, but that is about the city he lives in, called Corpus Christi, has nothing to do with Christ…so, I really don’t see how he is the intolerant one.
think about your actions and your intentions behind them. Is your intention to shame, hurt, hate, someone because they believen somthing different than what you know. Preaching, I think we all partake in preaching to a large exstent. pOLITICS religion, telivision, preachy preachy, if you dont like it dont watch it, dont read it, dont allow it to absorp you into its capacity.
I dont know what the intention of masturbating for christ is but If the intention is to make other people feel shitty because of what they believe and what they value in their life than poo on you, i feel you me we have a right to speak what we need to, but maybe we could all look inward and observe what our intention is and if thats somthing that is coming from an authentic place.
Otherwise i chose to read this thread, i chose to respond and i chose to be impacted by words that i dont even understand and that i dont feel have any value in my life. So i let it pass.
