Are there any magura hydro brakes (like styles) that would NOT fit over a 3
inch wide tire?

You can somehow jury rig your frame to accept the magura brake with out the booster (the horseshoe thing)
As long as the booster is being used, no Maggies will fit over a 3". I don’t even think they’d fit over a 2.6 (but they may)
With the single bolt standard Magura mount you need a custom booster to fit a 3" tire. My DM Vortex uses a custom booster. The custom booster is just a piece of sheet metal cut in the shape of a horseshoe.
If you use the two bolt trials style mount, like on the KH24 muni, there is no need for a booster.

I’m going to be welding my brake mounts onto my 28" Nimbus 2 frame, how would I
go about doing this? like where could I find the bosses, or would I have to
make them?

i happen to have two of the twin bolt Magura bosses right here in my hand,i was gonna weld them to my Profile but now since its for sale i dont need them.do you want them?there worth about 10 bucks but mailing them would be just as much,i think.got any idea’s.

Is this 10 bucks US or CAN? 
I’m leaning towards getting them, but does anybody else know where I could get
them locally? I think I might just have to buy them from you Jagur…

what the hell is up with “city slide”???its off line and has been for 3 days!
are you going to Unicon?if you are i could mail the mounts to sombody in the U.S. thats going to be there… without the border/mail thing it would be simple and cheap…

I have no idea what’s up with cityslide, I haven’t checked on my site for some
time… I AM going to UNICON but I would like, if possible, to have my brake on
my uni before then…
