Trialsin USA is also a source for the braided Magura hose. WebCyclery also carries Magura parts like the braided brake hose.
The Magura braided hose is expensive. It’s about $80 or $90 for enough brake hose to do both the front and rear brakes on a bike. On a unicycle you only need to do one brake so you’ll want to find a place willing to sell you only the parts to do one brake.
An alternative is to go to a DH bike shop and have them make you some brake hose for the Magura rim brake. They should have the equipment and fittings and fancy hose to make it work. It won’t be the Magura braided line and probably won’t be as flexible as the Magura braided line. It will still be kink resistant and stronger than the stock plastic Magura hose. That’s what I did for my Coker brake setup and my muni brake setup. I’ve got a picture in my gallery:
