Came back from a long ride yesterday, pulled off my wristguards to get my car keys out of my pocket, put my uni in the back of my car, and drove off…with the wristguards on the roof of my car.
Well, they’re gone today.
I really liked those ones…leather fingerless gloves with kevlar palms and plastic braces inside.
I went back to the local shop, and they no longer carry those kind.
They had some other ones really cheap there…so I got two pairs of some other ones for $15 for both, but they’re not as nice at all, and not the glove-style.
Stupid me.
Just be thankful that you weren’t still wearing them, because you would have fallen off the roof of the car as it pulled away. This could have resulted in injury (other than a wrist injury).

well, now you have an excuse to get the Kris Holm wrist guards from unicycledotcom, I’ve heard they’re reeaally comfy (:
I did that…exchange writguards for digital camera (I drove back about 10 mis later and it was still on the road being driven around because the case made it look like something you wouldn’t want to drive over or bother to pick up, i suppose)
