Loss of a UNICYCLE!!!

All,

This report of stolen UNI equipment seriously bums me out …

I feel that it should now become the sworn duty of us all to remain alert, and
to report any potentially suspicious appearance of Cokers anywhere, particularly
if one is offered for sale to any of us at an “unreasonably low price.”

Is it possible that this was not an economic crime, but for some perverted
reason a “Hate Crime” directed at unicycling or at any one of the unicyclists
involved???

It’s a small unicycle - shaped world out there. I’m sure the perpetrators WILL
be caught.

My regrets and sympathy to all involved … I feel for your loss.

P.S. It’s always the emotional more than the economic loss which hurts the most.
I pray your “Friends” will soon be recovered and reunited with their
grieving owners and with this close, global “UNI FAMILY.”

RE: Loss of a UNICYCLE!!!

I too was saddened to hear of the stolen Cokers and certainly hope someone will
find them abandoned and return them to their owners.

Rather than a conspiracy against unicyclists, it is probably more likely that
the targets of the theft were the two bikes since they are relatively easy to
dispose of and not that easy to trace. Also, they don’t stand out in a crowd
like a uni – especially a Coker!

Have you considered placing a classified ad in the “Lost” section of your local
paper? This would greatly increase the number of people on the lookout for them
at a very nominal cost.

Please keep us apprised. Good luck.

John
