Looking for a Filter!

Hey,

    I am looking for a filter that would make a picture a cartoon. I
    have a photo, and I would like to make it a cartoon. I wanted to
    know if any of you have a good filter that you know of that might
    do this for me. Thnx for any help.

Sly, there are a few solutions out there. Which imaging program do you
use? Paint Shop Pro 7 has a few effects that would work. Also, Kokak.com
has a filter you can use right through their web site that makes cartoons
out of photos. Go to www.kokak.com, click on PLAY, then on the Play menu
choose “Cartoon Maker”.

Scott Munro has a tutorial for doing that without filters, Sly.
