Longevity of Uni Skills

Thanks!

Thank you all for your thoughtful replies to my question. I really appreciate them!

After many hours of obsessive research and deliberation I ordered a KH29. I expect it will be difficult to master, but I will not give up.

I have a feeling the kh29 will not be my last unicycle. I’m interested in both smaller and larger wheels. It will probably be some time before I get another since, to my wife and other sensible people, spending hundreds dollars on a unicycle is lunacy.

You’ll have a great time with it. If your uni skills were solid before, it won’t take you more than an hour or two to be able to ride the 29er around, and a few longish rides to be basically comfortable on it. 29er is a great compromise size; easy to throw in the trunk, and usable on roads, sidewalks or trails. Enjoy!

Good luck Dan, I wish you lots of fun on your new uni - I’m rather envious that you can go straight in with a KH29. Happy pedaling mate.
