Anyone ever hear of one of these?
Is that a 12" or massive cranks on a 20?
a 12’’
Oh ohhh i posted this thread in Just Convo…I wonder where harper is to tell me off
Anyway if it’s a 12" i might put a bid in on it…Quite like the idea of having a dinky wheel
save up and get something super fun : trials, muni, 36er
Yeah i should…i should be recieving my 36er in the next week
I wouldn’t mind owning a muni too but as for trials i’m not sure i’d be any good…suppose i won’t know until i try
Dammit. Didn’t we discuss this yesterday? Why not just post something like this in a crocheting forum next time?
Oh, well, what I’ve found with children is that if you hold something in front of them and say its name several hundred times, they eventually learn what it is.

Just for your info i started this thread up before you told me about putting it in the other part of the forum…Wondered when you’d be along to tell me
The neat thing about a 12" is how easy they are to mount. Does that sound OK on a family forum? Well, anyway, the pedal is so close to the ground you can stand on the pedal and your foot will easily contact the ground by tipping just slightly. This is a very stable stance. Then you just put your other foot on the top pedal and ride away.
I’ve found out from the seller it’s a 16"
Has it got really long cranks?
Foot on pedal mount is still available to the 16.
Get used to Harper, he’s one of the "real people’ around here.
He may seem a bit abrasive sometimes, but he remains one of the few human beings to post here.
Harper is cool…I like the way he pops up with his advice in wrong place threads
The unicycle? Yes. the sticker? No. That’s how it worked with those. In the US they were sold as Cycle Pro, and/or other brands. A Taiwan cheapie. Bearing bolts that go into the sides of the round fork legs. That’s the weak point.
Uh, and that evil seat.
Somehow I don’t have one of those (that uni; I do have the seat)…
And yes, those are long cranks for a 16" – they’d be a pain for doing turns. But they might be a great setup for learning to ride.
JF the master of uni knowlege as always!!
So to put it nicely Sh*tty cheap piece of crap!
It really depends what you compare it to. Compared to the Troxel I learned on, it’s a frikkin’ Bentley.
Hey John, I got that vintage
It’s definately seen better days but i don’t care…Do you reckon i should clean it up or leave it ‘vintage’ ?
I can’t believe how tiny the seat is on it too!
