i think that this movie deserves its own thread, because i know that there are some wes anderson fans out there.
what did people think of it?
i liked it, bill murray and willem defoe were hillarious
but bottle rocket is still my favorite wes anderson movie
It was pretty good. I thought the sound track was excellent.
It was great. I still love Royal Tanembaums the best. Wes Anderson is the best. “We’ll send him a red hat and a speedo.”

I thought this was the best one yet. I didn’t much care for Bottle Rocket, and Rushmore was alright. Royal Tennenbaums was great, but Life Aquatic was superb.
I haven’t watched the whole movie yet, but how can a film with acoustic bosanova versions of 70s Bowie hits be bad?
I loved The Royal Tennenbaums and Rushmore. Will have to rent Bottle Rocket now.

Great Movie. Fiancee didn’t think she’d like it, but ended up really enjoying it.
That Movie was the shizznit, it made me wear my glock instead of my tech 9 more often

I just rented it at the dollar movie place. I had to watch it twice. Which is rare for me …I always loved Bill. Who’s Wes?

It’s funny, Wes Anderson movies get progressivly better in my opinion. I don’t like Bottle Rocket or Rushmore too much, but I loved Royal Tennenbaums and saw Life Aquatic a ton of times. What a fabulous movie.
