Lego

I’ve made a diagram to assembly an unicycle using Lego Technic parts. I have
two files, unicycle.lcd and unicycle.jpg

The first one is the drawing made with the LeoCAD software a freeware made
specifically to draw Lego diagrams and you may download it at
http://www.leocad.org/ in Windows and Linux versions.

If someone wants the files, mail me…

LeoCAD also runs on FreeBSD Un*x and is included in the ports
collection.

Someone made a Lego Segway a while back that would actually stay upright and follow a line drawn on the ground. Here, in fact:

I wonder how amazingly difficult it would be to make a lego unicycle that could actually stay upright? That would be cool.

Of course then you’d have geeks all over the world trying to make it do trials, and freestyle, and…

Phil, just me

Eventually I will try out this program… but until I do, could you post some picts of what you guys came up with?

Well, i got te program. It was lots of fun. So far the only things i have tried to make are unicycles. Here are a few of my designs:

Hope you like them.

By the way, I couldn’t find a very good seat. If you have any ideas, please share.

Thanks for taking the time
Daniel

Re: Lego

I’ve post a JPEG of the drawing at an album at the uniclyst.com gallery…

I didn’t have Lego pieces shaped like that when I was a kid.

Re: Lego

That pieces belongs to an advanced Lego collection, called Lego Technic…
