I was out Muniing this morning and passed a group of hikers on a level track and one of them said to me ‘you won’t be able to ride that up hill’ when moments earlier I’d just ridden up quite a steep section. My question is, are you allowed to punch people for saying things like that under UK law, I expect in the USA you’re allowed to shoot them but in Britain we’re not allowed to carry guns so that would definately be frowned upon. I let it go today because I wasn’t sure, but it would be nice to know for future reference.

Violence is not the answer my friend…
Yes it is, do you want a fight about it?
I respect your ignorance…
and i thought we Americans were supposed to be the ignorant ones:D
In America you can’t shoot them unless they come after you or have a dog. I know a guy whos teacher was hiking and shot a guy because the guy’s dog barked at him. He was let got because it was “self defence.”
In the UK everything’s legal if you don’t get caught. That’s true of every country. Make sure they’re alone or you’ll have to kill them all.
Is that true? you can actually shoot people because their dogs bark at you, that sounds like great fun, I’m off to find my passport and get on the next boat west.
and make sure you dont shoot a white person, that bothers people. but everyone else is fair game. HOOAH!
