So, most of the people coming around thisthread will be thinking about that crappy movie “The League of Extra Ordinary Gentlemen”. And the answer is: NO, THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE MOVIE!

I want to how many of you have watched the League of Gentlemen show, mainly written and acted by four fine comedians. It featured a lot of strange (but good) humor, and things happening in the little town of Royston Vasey.

Probably the best show in the world.
“This is a decent town and a local shop. We’ll have no trouble here.”

I think i remember seeing this on comedy central.

I think it aired for about a week and then everyone stopped talking about it. It was a pretty funny show but i guess it never stuck on in the states. Damn Americans! Why don’t they get British humor?

Anyway… funny show.

joona, I have never (knowingly) seen it, but I was listening to Jonathan Ross’ Saturday Morning show (its so funny!) and he was chatting to the guys from The League of Gentlemen. God, what a laugh!

They are bringing out a film. They want to call it ‘The League of Gentlemen… Extraordinary!’ LOL :stuck_out_tongue:
