I have welding camp, where I plan to convert a 16” frame into a 24” frame.
Instead of welding you can just cut the bottom parts off and put a narrower pipe in each arm, so you can adjust it for any unicycle, not limited to 16 and 24. and use those rings with a bolt that you can tighten with an Allen key, like on the top of the frame or on the handle bars.
I reckon the 29” frame is just as wide as the 19” frame, because of the tire clearance.
Or possibly a better welding project: build yourself an Ultimate Wheel like @Ulkicycling made for me. He is a pro welder and he can give you some good tips.
