okay, so im doing the lars petrus method which i know james potter uses, so could you please explain it to me better james?
i understand the first and second step sorta understand the third and the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh i dont really get

It’s a really good beginners solution…but if you can already solve the cube, then the Lars Petrus method just takes a lot of practice. You can also go to the Speedsolving message board: http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/speedsolvingrubikscube/
and ask for help there.

Lars Petrus rocks. It’s the method I use. And it’s an easy one to memorize for sure. The last layer is, as always a little harder to memorize, but if you keep at it, it is a speedy one.
yeah, his is reeaally good for speedsolving, and its a lot of fun too. I actually now use a different method, but its very similar to Lars Petrus’s method.
If you guys are interested, someone I work with wrote what I think is a very good cubing program at http://gabbasoft.com… The interface is super intuitive (click and drag). It supports up to a 20x20x20 cube, and i primarily use it for the larger sized cubes.
